Melanie Penagos

Melanie Penagos is a Florida native, born and raised in Orlando. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida before going on to graduate from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Since becoming a lawyer, Melanie has concentrated her practice on personal injury, product liability, and auto negligence cases. She is an active member of several legal organizations, including the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association, where she serves as a board member for the Young Lawyers Division. Outside of her professional life, Melanie enjoys spending quality time with her family and kiteboarding at the beach.
